Lunch after a successful market haul: a multigrain bagel with crunchy pb and banana and a yummy smoothie (1 frozen banana, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 scoop of rocky road protein powder, almond milk and water – as usual it made more than this jar). All sprinkled with muma. Dessert will be a cookies&cream bar.

Don’t say I never told you naturally colourful food makes you feel good 😜 Today I started with 1 litre water, then 2 hours later 1 litre of smoothie (5 frozen bananas, 6 organic ripe dates, 2 handfuls of spinach, 500mls of water), for school lunch: fruit at first break (I’m learning food combing 😉) and a huge colourful salad for second break! Then planning on making a HUGE vegetable soup for the family when I get home 💚 oh and the jar is some of my left over smoothie I’ll drink at school 💚
Made a super delicious bowl of oatmeal this morning!
